This blog chronicles Jeff & Mim’s transition from life, work, and community in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lijiazhai, Henan Province, China.
On December 23, 2013, we accepted an invitation by China Service Ventures (www.chinaserviceventures.org) to serve the rural people of Lijiazhai for at least five years. Our hope is to be in China by July 1, 2014. Our goal is to sell or give away almost everything, reducing our material possessions into four suitcases and two carry-ons.
